Work on your site together. And agree before anything goes live.
Your team writes, comments and reviews in the same place, so changes stop living in email threads and Word documents.

Live, in the same page. See who else is here and where they are typing.
Two people can work in one page at once. Everyone in it shows in the bar with a live dot, their changes appear as they make them, and nobody's work is written over.

Comments beside the words. Ask about a block, right where it is.
Start a thread on any block of a page. Replies sit beside it in the margin, and a thread is resolved once it is sorted.
Mention a colleague and it lands in their Inbox
Choose for each kind of notice: the Inbox, an email, both or neither

Suggest, review, then publish. Nothing goes live until the right person says yes.
A writer can suggest changes rather than make them. Ask one person or several for a review, and they see exactly what changed since the live version.
Accept or turn down each suggested change
Approve and publish in one step
Send a suggestion with a note to explain it
The right access for each person. Roles decide who may write, publish or only comment.
Every site starts with Owner, Editor, Writer and Commenter. Change what each may do, or add your own roles, in Settings.
Invite people by email with a note, and choose their role as you do.

Questions, answered.
