Terms. Last updated 3 October 2026.

About these terms

These terms cover using this website (webseer.ie) and Webseer's sign-in service (auth.webseer.ie), both run by Rotomic Ltd in Dublin, Ireland. By using them you agree to these terms. Building, hosting or looking after a website for you is agreed separately, in writing, before any work starts; where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.

Webseer

Webseer is Rotomic's own software. Clients use it through the sites Rotomic builds and runs for them; it is not sold or licensed on its own. A client's content stays theirs, and a client who leaves takes their content and a copy of their site with them, as their agreement sets out.

Using this site

You may read, share and link to the pages on this site. Do not copy its design, words or pictures to present as your own, and do not try to break, overload or get round the security of this site or the sign-in service.

The sign-in service

The sign-in service lets a person sign in to a site built on Webseer with an account they already have, such as a Google account. It is offered only to sites Rotomic runs. You may use it only to sign in to a site you are allowed to use, with an account that is yours. We may stop a sign-in, or suspend a site's use of the service, to protect people or the service.

What we say here

We describe Webseer as it works today and keep the pages up to date, but things change, and a page may describe a part that is still on its way. Prices are not on this site: every site is quoted after a short call.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another website, we do not run it and are not responsible for it.

Availability

We work to keep this site and the sign-in service running, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of faults. We may change or stop parts of them.

Liability

This site and the sign-in service are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, Rotomic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from using them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes

We may update these terms. When they change, the date at the top changes with it, and the new terms apply from then.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland decide any dispute about them.
